This workshop gives you a very effective tool to de-clutter your thinking w.r.t expectations from self and others.

This is a challenging self-development class as it encourages you to look at situations that frustrate you or may otherwise elicit negative feelings. It is also a wonderful invitation and it provides a framework to get "unstuck." My main takeaway was being able to reframe a long standing expectation/"should" into a statement of intention (with valuable input from the group), which I hope will help me take positive action.
