Engineer Your Mind
A six-session seminar focused on understanding the automatic nature of your mind and designing the life experience of your choice.
My offering
We respond to life automatically, running mind programs based on our state in the moment and our prior programming. Why do we respond the way we do? In this curriculum we explore our own triggers and responses, and reverse-engineer them to see the mechanism behind them — and who is in charge of those responses.
We will access the parts of us that have been hiding from our awareness; as long as they stay hidden, they keep running our lives.
By accessing and embracing these parts, we get to experience life very differently. For some of us, we get to live our truth — to see what’s behind the self-deception of our identities. For some of us, it’s living our creativity and self-expression — being able to manifest the things we actually want. For some of us, it’s the freedom from reacting and responding, and instead choosing the life we want.
Sessions
Together over six sessions, we move through the same inquiry from layer to layer: the ground of experience beneath your reactions; what arises when something threatens a value you’re holding; the mechanism that generates your response; the parts of you that have been running the show; the integration work that makes choice real; and finally the paths that open once the work is done. The last session happens a few weeks later, once the work has had time to live in your actual life.
Session 1 — Getting grounded
In order to clearly see our mind being triggered we need to create a blank canvas of okay-ness. We practice staying in “It Just Is” — the state of non-activation, non-judgment. This becomes the ground for our subsequent exploration of triggers and responses.
Session 2 — Activation
When something triggers you — a feeling, a reaction, a moment of “this shouldn’t be happening” — a whole machine activates. We slow it down and reverse-engineer our responses: how the triggers impact us, what’s behind these responses. We start seeing the machinery that normally runs our lives.
Session 3 — The Roots of Responses: Beliefs
We use our responses as a guidepost into our internal model of the world — the model defined by our beliefs. Once a belief is uncovered, it loses its magical power over us, because now we can question it. This is a powerful session: we start seeing that we are much more malleable than we might have imagined.
Session 4 — Who Is in Charge?
In this session we look at ourselves as a collection of parts, each with its own values, competing with each other to run the show. We get an understanding of how these parts have their own beliefs, and how every response has “an owner” — the part that takes charge in that moment.
Session 5 — Integration
We look at ways to empathize with and embrace our parts, and explore the challenges of self-acceptance. We identify our protectors (usually hiding behind our self-critic) and what they are protecting. We see what it is like to access our parts with love and empathy, and the difference it makes.
Session 6 — The Renewed Journey
A few weeks after Session 5. Real life has had time to test what we learned. We come back together to look at what paths of experiencing life are open to us now, and how we want to design what comes next — to continue our life journey empowered and inspired.
Who this is for — and who it isn’t
Who this is for
If you’ve started having insights that life isn’t about “trying harder,” improvement, or fixing — this is for you. If you want to internalize a practical model of understanding your mind, one you’re not likely to forget or “unsee” — this is for you. If you already know, deep inside, that you are exactly who you chose to be, and you want to keep living your life the way you wanted, even when at times life seems unfair or too much — this is for you.
Who this isn’t for
This isn’t a crash course in becoming someone else. There’s nothing to fix here. If you’re looking for a program that promises a new you by the end, this isn’t that. And it’s not a substitute for therapy — if you’re in active crisis or working through trauma, please work with a clinician; this curriculum can complement that work but doesn’t replace it.

Frequently asked
What if I miss a session?
Each session is recorded and shared with registered participants. That said, this is a cohort — most of the value is being in the room together, building shared trust and shared language. Plan for full attendance.
Do I need any background?
No. You don’t need prior meditation, therapy, or self-help experience. The curriculum starts at the beginning.
What happens between sessions?
Each session ends with a simple observation practice for the week — nothing heavy. There’s also a small shared messaging group for the cohort to stay connected between meetings.
Is this therapy?
No. This is education and practice, not clinical treatment. It can complement therapy but doesn’t replace it.
What happens after Session 6?
There’s an optional alumni container — monthly community calls, deeper-dive sessions on specific paths, and an invitation to future cohorts. The relationship with the work continues if you want it to.
